Eglė Radzevičienė, Ph.D., MBA
For over 20 years Dr. Egle Radzeviciene was leading intellectual property and business development strategy management, initially at mid size biotech company Fermentas and, later, at Thermo Fisher Scientific Biosciences Division, where her responsibilities covered counseling and support of molecular biology reagents business and, later, nucleic acids therapeutics business as well as management of internal IP analysts team.
Egle Radzeviciene holds PhD. in molecular genetics/biotechnology from Moscow Lomonosov University and MBA from Vilnius University International School of Business. From the start of her professional life she has been pursuing scientific career in molecular biology for more than 14 years working in research institutions in Russia (Moscow University), United States (SUNY, Albany) and Lithuania (Institute of Biotechnology).
Throughout her leadership career Egle was very active in mentoring/consulting several successful biotech startups in Lithuania. In 2019 she was elected to the Council of Vilnius University and currently serves as a Chairman of the Council. In 2023 Egle has retired from active employment and now serves as a Chairman of the Board of Future Biomedicine Fund, a philanthropic fund which mission is to support and develop Precision medicine research and practices in Lithuania. Also, Egle holds board member positions in several other companies.
